Edward, friend and Associate Student Pastor at First Colleyville joins us. He shares his experience in student ministry, how he’s balanced marriage and career in his first 3 years of marriage, how he’s been obedient to all his responsibilities, his encouragement to those who have youth that are away from God, and what El Salvadorian and American cultures could learn from one another.
We discuss why student/youth ministry is significant, how to pursue balance in life and accepting that some seasons are meant to be “imbalanced,” comfortability sometimes being confused as balance, gifting and anointing, being an outsider in culture, running away from your past, hospitality toward strangers, and being faithful to God as a youth/student.
