Woke up and the Devil lost again, as we were able to have Ronaldo - a Creative Director, friend, Angolan, and jokester, who is very very young, join us on the podcast. He shares his experience and the lessons from his third year as a leader at Pinecove Camp, the value of the mentorship he’s received, the rare opportunities he’s received at a young age, and the journey of moving from Angola to America with his family in 2002.
We discuss how to have rest in your faith, the restoration that happens at retreats/camps, what happens when distractions are removed, God truly being provider, the relationship between mentorship and legacy, how Ronaldo dealt with the culture shock, and what American & Angolan cultures could learn from one another.
